"Some friends recommended Pho Huong, but it wasn’t what I expected in terms of genuine Vietnamese flavour. Even though it’s located in a Vietnamese suburb, the taste was quite ordinary and similar to many places around Sydney. The fried doughnut was also overcooked. Overall, not the authentic experience I was hoping for"

"We came here for a late lunch and tried the three signature noodle soups on the menu. The beef pho had a light coloured broth but a surprisingly strong beef flavour. The toppings were all tender. The chicken pho had a beautiful broth as well with good chicken flavour. The meat was also perfectly cooked. The fish noodle soup came with yet another flavourful broth, with generous amounts of crunchy fried barramundi pieces. Overall, the food was excellent, three different bowls of noodles, three delicious broths, good serving sizes with plenty of meat. We also enjoyed the pandan green tea (tra sam dua), from the thermos at every table."

"This is my favourite northern style pho in Sydney. The broth was light yet so flavorful, and they were so generous with the meat. Staff was also incredibly accommodating. However, I think they use dry pho noodles instead of fresh."

"It was my first time to have a fish noodle soup, Bun ca. It is AMAZING!! Crispy fish was so good and soup was mild, not oily. And try to make veggie plate a salad with their sauces. I'm gonna go again soon."

"One of the few places in Sydney serving authentic northern-style pho that we’ve tried. The broth was lighter with subtle, delicate flavours, yet still very enjoyable. The portion sizes were generous, with plenty of tender beef cuts. I also noticed the kitchen was exceptionally clean, which made the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true taste of northern Vietnam!"

"This pho restaurant truly delivers on authentic flavor. The broth is rich, balanced, and tastes like it’s been simmered with care, not rushed. Portions are generous especially the protein which makes the price feel more than fair. You definitely leave full and satisfied. What really stood out was how kid-friendly the restaurant is. The staff was patient and welcoming, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy to enjoy a meal as a family. On top of that, the service and pricing are better than many well-known restaurants offering similar food like AN restaurant. Hopefully, the restaurant continues on this great path maintaining its quality, value, and doesn’t become pretentious as it gains more recognition. This is the kind of place people want to keep coming back to."
